The Hogrefe TestSystem (HTS) leads the field in software for psychometric assessment. It provides a comprehensive database of over 300 scientifically developed testing instruments. Within Hogrefe TestSystem you can select the appropriate test to meet your precise requirements. Tests are available in the following subject areas:

  • Ability (e.g., IST - Intelligence Structure Test, d2 - Test of Attention)
  • Personality (e.g., NEO PI-R UK edition - NEO Personality Inventory - Revised)
  • Work Specific - personnel selection and development (e.g., BIP - Business-focused Inventory of Personality, AMI - Achievement Motivation Inventory)

The HTS has been developed by the Centre for Test Development and Assessment in Fribourg, Switzerland under the supervision of Professor Klaus-Dieter Haensgen PhD. Professor Haensgen and his team of experts ensure that the HTS is always at the cutting edge of science and program development.

HTS 4.0.2 is installed on your computer and gives you great control of administering tests and generating and editing your reports.

The Hogrefe TestSystem offers the options for Internet Testing, Portable Testing and Intranet testing: Whichever method of testing suits your needs you can be sure that the information is secure and accurate. Only the registered user has access to the information. Time critical assessments can now be conducted via the internet. Unlike many other online systems, the Hogrefe TestSystem takes account of the fact that accuracy of timing can be affected by the particular PC on which the test is completed. The Hogrefe TestSystem is programmed to ensure the timing remains constant across different PCs.
